INDUSTRIAL DESIGN
PROJECTS
"The master has failed more times than the beginner has even tried." - Stephen McCranie

RIGID FISHING SUP
The idea behind the project all started with the goal of creating an insulated cooler that would attach to paddle boards, but I saw an opportunity to create an entire new style of paddle board that tailored to those who want to bring along a lot gear while out riding with a primary focus being on fisherman.

GUITAR PICKS & PACKAGING
The Thalia Exotic Wood Picks were designed to improve string tone and eliminate the pick noise produced when strumming with plastic picks. Handmade wooden guitar picks have been around for centuries, which provided the desired tones, but were unable to provide the flex and playability benefits of plastic picks.

SCUBA REBREATHER
Scuba diving has taken the idea of exploration to an extreme level. For me, the most important aspect of this type of activity is that it serves as a gateway into experiences which push people into discovery and self-realization. The goal for the this project was to design a tank-less breathing apparatus for scuba divers.

RESCUE INHALER
The goal of this project was to design an efficient and sleek inhaler that would give the user confidence when using it in public. Inhalers have been around for decades and have changed little in this time period. They have traditionally been utilitarian devices that are awkward to use and transport due to their bulky “L” shape. Inspiration was drawn from timeless products such as zippos and flasks.
